As you know if you come regularly to my classes it took me a painful 18 months to mentally and physically get into my first crow pose. It can be a tricky pose to work on so join me on Saturday 13th October from 10am – 12pm for a Arm Balance workshop. Where we look at Crow, Forearm Stand, Hand stand and Eight Angle Pose

Build up your strength and balance and learn some cool tips to get you into this awesome inspiring arm balancing poses.

More details about the Arm balance Workshop

The session will start with a strong practice warm up your joints and build up your alignment so you feel ready to fly into your arm balance poses. We will be looking at some beginner prep for handstands, play with our Crow pose and give ourselves some time to really focus on these poses and because the class is small there will be time for me to come around and we can assist each other to get stronger and more confident in these poses.

Workshop Preparation

Make sure you attend the workshop on a fairly empty stomach. Give yourself digestion time after eating, at least 1-1.5 hours, and also eat something light. E.g. have breakfast around 8am.

Bring a bottle of water and something warm like a light shawl/blanket/sweater (to keep you warm during meditation, breathing exercises and during final relaxation).

This workshop is open to all levels. More gentle variations will be available for individuals, and as always the option to rest!
