Thanks so much for stopping by. I’m Kelly and I have been studying Iyengar yoga and Anatomy for over 10 years.

My mission is to get you on a mat doing yoga somewhere or somehow. I truly believe that yoga can be for anyone at any age.

I came from a magical circle law firm and was blessed to be taught by a senior Iyengar yoga teacher, teaching regular classes in our office. I only went because a friend bullied me. I was a cyclist and had injured my knee and they said yoga would help. Not only did it strengthen my knee, it stopped my migraines and I don’t have asthma anymore.

There will be no Oming or chanting in my classes just straight up alignment and scientific biomechanics based movement to help you feel great in your everyday life. Your body will feel amazing when it is working together and thats what I teach you. Every class I teach will be different we use props as silent teachers to awaken the body and you will always leave feeling relaxed
