Based in South London but you can find me at various studios across London.
I am trying to change the perspective of yoga, making it fun and accessible to everyone who may think yoga isn’t for them. I teach multi style yoga classes around London and Europe.
My classes are based on a different theme each week, classes are energetic creating a relaxed environment to stimulate and challenge you within your own capabilities, building strength and overcoming boundaries. You don’t need to Om or chant to join my classes, just be open to trying something new and having a laugh. If you are inflexible or injured, I use props to enhance a proper use of alignment so even the most tense body will be able to stretch and see a difference after just one class. Life begins when you move out of your comfort zone
I found yoga as a recovery tool for a cycling injury. I was so inspired by my senior yoga teacher, I waited until I had completed my Masters and decided to leave my career in a magic circle law firm to travel to India and earn my 200hrs Yoga Teacher Training. I believe that we should never stop learning training back in London for my 500 hours advanced teacher training. I will always be a student continuing to study which has led me to start my Iyengar Teacher Training.
My aim for you as my students is to be fit, healthy and injury free, doing headstands like my guru, Iyengar at the age of 94.
